The French Polynesia Master not only offers great diving in French Polynesia, it also wants to provide a great above-water experience.

The cuisine is crucial as outstanding food is needed to fuel the action-packed diving. 3 meals a day will be served buffet style for Divers’ convenience. The Polynesians love food which is clearly reflected when they are organizing a tamara’a (banquet). If you like fish, you will enjoy the best tuna “mahi mahi” (dolphin, swordfish or thazard) in the world. Grilled, chaud-froid, carpaccio, tartare, sashimi or sushi, are local ways to enjoy the fish that you experience in these islands. One suggestion, try your fish grilled with Taha’a vanilla sauce, it is amazingly delicous. For the sea fruit lovers, once again the French Polynesia will satisfy you: “Pahua” (giant clam), “Vana” (sea urchin), Korori, Langouste, “Varo” (squille), “Kaveu” (coconut crab) and “Maoa” etc…  In short a multitude of delights from the Polynesian waters.

In French Polynesia you can also eat the French cuisine, made with local products and lamb and beef from New Zealand. Snacks and beverages are provided throughout the day to ensure no one goes hungry on this dive vacation! Adult beverages are available at the onboard Bar to purchase.
